Business Cards - Check.

Your Order Has Been Placed.

Tonight I finally ordered my business cards and that really put things into perspective. I had created the design about a month ago but the entire month of November I was traveling so as I stated in my previous blog Making Time, The Bridal Binder was put on the back burner. It wasn't until this past weekend that I finally had time to sit down and provide my undivided attention to work on the final details for launch day, still TBA.

With my business logo being square, the best fit was to make my business cards square as well. Not being the "standard" business card shape, I was hopeful my square cards would be unique. I received a Vistaprint coupon in the mail recently and knew it was the best time to order my business cards. The initial coupon was 25% off but I dug dipper on the internet and scored 40% off. #winning I ordered 500 cards to start. I thought about ordering post cards but didn't rush into that just yet. Side note - I have a few things in mind that I want to order to serve as promotional visuals but it'll depend on how productive my business will be until I need/want to order those products.

My card design was already complete and so I asked my husband Jeremy to glance over the final design to approve my approval (if you know me I overthink everything) and he replied with, "they look great, order them!" I must've reread the business card about 10 times before actually placing my order to be sure all of the information was correct. Eager to see what they looked like in person, I placed my order.

I'll officially have my business cards in hand by December 20th.

Mobile vs. Desktop.

Currently I am making the final touches on my website. I would say I am about 95% complete. I completed the final aspect this morning before work which was including my blog on one of my website pages. Now that I have that complete, I am now in the process of making sure the layouts for each page look professional and clean on both the desktop and mobile views.

It wasn't until I was halfway through building my website that I realized I could switch to a "mobile view" to get a visual on how the website would look on a mobile phone. Of course some aspects look different on the mobile view versus the desktop view. Hence what I am finalizing now.

The Preview.

Save the Date because this Saturday December 15th I will be publishing my website and will be going live on Instagram promoting and launching The Bridal Binder. This preview is for friends and family only as I won't launch publicly until mid-January. I wanted to do a sneak peek for my friends and family as I wanted opinions and feedback from everyone in an effort to correct anything prior to public launch day.

I hope that I get not only positive feedback but also constructive criticism. There's always room for improvement and I know that my website isn't perfect. Once my website is published, I encourage you to please take the time, look over it and send me a message, text or email with any errors or suggestions.

I will be going live on my personal Instagram and I will post the live video elsewhere to share the information on other social media platforms.

Stay Tuned...
