It's Go Time.

Almost There.

Yesterday on my business Instagram page I announced my official launch date - literally around the corner next Tuesday. I am so excited and can't believe the day is finally (almost) here.

My letter-board arrived two nights ago and I was happy it arrived in time to utilize it to announce my launch date. I am so glad I was able to find a letter-board in gray to continue with my color scheme. The farmhouse, wash border is cute too and I love it. Such a great Amazon find thanks to my hubby! However, I don't want to use the letter-board too often and I plan to use my own photos as well to continue with promotions and social media marketing.

Side note - the rose petals used in my launch picture are the rose petals we had at our wedding. Loving my wedding inspiration for this business as I can continue to use the decor I bought for the wedding (for promoting and decor rental for clients).

A little back story as to why I chose the 7th of January to launch this business - it'll be two years ago on the 7th that Jeremy proposed!! Our wedding was the inspiration for this business but without the proposal the wedding wouldn't have happened (duh). Jeremy was the one who suggested the 7th to launch my business since it'll be our two year proposal anniversary (not that anyone celebrates that) but January 7th will be significant in more ways than one.

As I have mentioned before, our wedding was the inspiration for this business but our relationship has been centered around this business venture. My husband Jeremy has been my biggest supporter and my biggest critic. I know if I ask him for his opinion he will give his honest feedback and/or make suggestions as well. I am so grateful and blessed to have him by my side through this process.

Final Details.

I finally completed all the forms I wanted to have done by launch day in order to be prepared for clients. I know it may be a slow start and essentially a waiting game to meet with potential clients and book consultations but I am confident that business will pick up eventually. Even if I don't get clients right away, I am currently planning my best friends bachelorette party and bridal shower and excited to promote my planning process for both events on social media @thebridalbinder

Wednesday night I made an Office Max run to get folders and labels to put together my consultation folders for clients. Since completing my forms I had the idea to put together a folder to present to clients during consultations in which they can keep regarding information on my packages, prices and decor rental. Even if clients don't book my event planning services I hope some will utilize my decor rental option. I plan to put together a few of these folders this weekend and get a visual on how they look as well as have a few prepared for possible consults.

I was able to find square labels to go along with my logo #winning and I was able to find gray file folders #winning - Once the logo labels are placed on the front of the folder I am hoping my vision will come to life.

I am also trying to finalize my scheduling app through Square and payment through Paypal. I think these two objectives will be a "learn as you go" process but trying to have at least a good idea of how to proceed for if and when I book clients.

Still trying to make time and come up with promotional ideas/themes. I would love to hear any ideas or suggestions you may have!

Happy Friday!
